Nairobi Institute Newsletter May 2003

The Nairobi Institute
Newsletter May 2003 Issue

Dear Member,

The Newsletter is the main source of communication within the Institute today. It has the tradition of portraying the major issues and events occurring within our membership. If you have any material or announcements to make, please feel free to come forward.

I hope you had a good Easter. Thank you to all who attended the Easter BBQ.

The Nairobi Institute will very soon complete another year of its existence. The Management would like to extend its appreciation to all members who helped in one way or another to make the year an eventful one. As we approach our 98th Anniversary Celebrations, please be assured that everything is going according to plan. The ball is in hand with everything in place and a place for everything.

Have a fruitful day ahead and a great month.

Yours sincerely

Tony Fernandes
Hon. General Secretary

Once Laloo wanted to know the time difference between Bihar and Las Vegas. The man at the other end replies "One second sir.." and Laloo immediately replies "thank you" and puts the phone down.

Birthday wishes to all those celebrating their birthdays in May.

    How about this...
A young executive was leaving the office late one evening when he found the CEO standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand. "Listen,," said the CEO, "this is a very sensitive and important document here, and my secretary has gone for the night. Can you make this thing work for me ? " Certainly," said the young executive. He turned the machine on and inserted the paper and pressed the start button. "Excellent, excellent, " said the CEO, as his paper disappeared inside the machine, "I just need one copy"
