JOSEPHINE FERNANDES, Narcisa - Peacefully at her residence at Forest Heights Long Term Care Facility on Saturday, November 13, 2004, 87 years of age. Josephine Fernandes, loving wife of the late Hipolito Fernandes. Dear mother of Remy D'Souza and her husband Francis of Kitchener, Martha Black and her husband Patrick of Thornhill, Tom Fernandes and his wife Lumen of Toronto. Loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law, Cecil Fernandes and family in Goa India. Predeceased by her two sons, Gerry and Joe and one daughter, Antonette. Funeral took place on November 16 at St. Francis of Assisi RC Church
